Gluware Titan brings verified AI automation to enterprise networks

Fri, 21st Nov 2025

Gluware has launched Gluware Titan, a validation architecture designed to bring agentic artificial intelligence (AI) into production network infrastructure with a focus on assurance, compliance, and control. The architecture aims to address concerns from Chief Information Officers (CIOs) about the trustworthiness of AI in critical enterprise networks by providing verification mechanisms for every AI-driven change.

Assurance features

Gluware Titan centres on validation at three key stages of AI operation. First, it ensures accurate understanding of the current network topology and state before the AI can provide recommendations, reducing the risk of errors. All AI-suggested changes are then checked before implementation, providing the ability to audit and reverse actions if necessary. This verification system uses Gluware's proprietary Device Interaction Automation Layer (DIAL) technology, which is tested up to 450,000 network nodes.

The platform also supports safe coordination between multiple AI agents. At launch, it integrates with ServiceNow and NetBox, providing a managed environment for different AI systems to interact with each other through Gluware's Intelligent MCP Server.

Network automation

Several use cases are described for both network automation builders and operators. For automation development, the platform supports faster delivery of automation models and easier integration with third-party tools. For network operations, Titan offers contextual AI guidance, rapid node state assessments using vendor commands, and the ability to format workflow outputs for advanced network process automation.

Lifecycle management and compliance monitoring are addressed through deep insights into upgrade and patching processes, as well as operational recommendations from the integrated AI agents. The intention is to help teams manage complex, hybrid, and multi-vendor networks with less manual intervention and with greater confidence in the actions being taken.

Early field trials

Gluware has launched Early Field Trials for Titan, incorporating its MCP Server, DIAL-powered validation engine, Co-Pilot AI assistant, and IDE. The company reports strong interest from organisations in sectors such as sports and entertainment, healthcare, and engineering, where complex networking environments are common. Early adopters are working with Gluware to validate the safety and scalability of AI-assisted network automation in these settings.

Governance and trust

The architecture places a particular emphasis on responsible deployment of AI in networking contexts. Each AI-driven operation is aligned with enterprise intent and is fully reversible, helping ensure compliance and minimising risk. The auditing and validation features are intended to give customers evidence of security and reliability.

"With Titan, Gluware delivers the most trusted foundation for AI-driven automation, one that enables enterprises to adopt agentic AI with confidence and control. By pairing automation intelligence with deterministic control, every network change is verifiable, reversible, and compliant," said Ernest Lefner, Chief Product Officer, Gluware.

Titan's validation framework is designed for use in enterprise networks that require strong oversight and assurance when deploying AI-powered automation. As organisations assess how to leverage AI, Gluware aims to provide organisations with detailed substantiation for safety and compliance efforts.

"Titan is the architecture for responsible, AI-powered, and autonomous networking," said Jeff Gray, CEO and Co-Founder, Gluware. "Gluware is setting the governance and assurance standards that enterprises can trust. We're not just building an AI agent, we're building accountable, verifiable automation that engineers and enterprises can depend on."

"Enterprise networks demand both innovation and trust," said Olivier Huynh Van, CSO and Co-Founder, Gluware. "Titan delivers this through built-in validation, observability, and governance."
