Beyond Key celebrates women's empowerment on Women's Day

Sat, 8th Mar 2025

Beyond Key observed International Women's Day 2025 with various initiatives aimed at supporting women within the organisation and beyond.

The event featured talks by Shweta Gupta, a social activist associated with Jeevan Shala, Dr. Chhaya Matange, a music practitioner and cancer survivor, and Saatvika Bhargava, founder of Let it Count. These speakers shared their personal experiences and advocated for education and social empowerment, inspiring the company's female employees.

During the event, Saatvika Bhargava highlighted the impact of grassroots efforts, stating: "Real change begins when we empower individuals at the community level. Every effort counts, and together, we can create a more inclusive and empowered society." Her remarks underlined the importance of localised initiatives in driving social progress.

Shweta Gupta spoke about her work in rural education and vocational training, while Dr. Chhaya Matange shared her journey with cancer and her contributions to music therapy. These discussions focused on overcoming obstacles and pursuing holistic development, aligning with Beyond Key's goals of diversity and empowerment.

Additionally, Beyond Key organised a luncheon for female employees, creating a space for networking, mentorship, and dialogue about career aspirations. This initiative was designed to strengthen community ties among women in the company and encourage open discussions on career growth.

Furthering its commitment to social responsibility, Beyond Key held a donation drive supporting NGOs devoted to elderly care. Employees contributed essential items, epitomising the company's ethos of community service and humanitarian efforts.

Piyush Goel, the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Beyond Key, commented on the initiatives, "As an organisation, we have the power to accelerate change for women—what might take years otherwise, we can drive forward today. Whether it's fostering societal change, supporting our female employees, or creating career growth opportunities, Beyond Key ensures that women are empowered at every level. We are committed to their well-being, their role in society, and their professional growth within the company. By fostering inclusivity and taking meaningful action, we continue to create a workplace where women thrive."

This year's Women's Day activities at Beyond Key demonstrate its consistent approach towards creating an equitable workplace. The company endeavours to ensure that female employees, particularly in technology and leadership roles, have access to recognition and opportunities.
