Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has begun delivering services under a master services agreement with SpaceX International, MY. The initial statement of work is valued at USD $150 million.
Statement of Work No. 1 covers four areas: AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and data centre solutions. Delivery and billing are expected to begin in the current quarter under the agreed schedule.
The largest component is AI infrastructure at USD $70 million. Data centre solutions account for USD $30 million, while cybersecurity and telecommunications are each valued at USD $25 million.
The engagement is being carried out through Blue Cloud's US operations, drawing on the group's work across artificial intelligence platforms, cyber defence, telecom engineering, and data centre construction and operations.
Headquartered in Hyderabad, Blue Cloud describes itself as an AI-focused technology group with operations in India, the United States, Africa, and other international markets. Its broader portfolio includes AI infrastructure and MLOps, cybersecurity, telecommunications and 5G fixed wireless access, healthcare technology, data centre solutions, and public-sector digital platforms.
The contract adds a substantial piece of work to Blue Cloud's international business as it seeks to expand its presence in overseas markets. It also spans several of the group's existing business lines rather than a single service area, giving the US arm a central role in execution.
Contract scope
The structure of the statement of work points to a multi-domain arrangement rather than a stand-alone technology deployment. By splitting the contract across infrastructure, network services, cyber work, and data centre activity, the agreement brings together areas that are often managed as separate programmes.
That breadth is notable for Blue Cloud because it places operational responsibility across several business units. It also gives a clearer view of where contract value sits, with nearly half allocated to AI infrastructure.
No further technical details were disclosed on the service requirements or the end use of the work. The company did not provide milestones beyond saying execution had begun and billing would start in line with the agreed schedule.
US platform
The group linked the project directly to its US delivery base, which supports AI infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and data centre programmes for international clients. That suggests the work will test how Blue Cloud's US operations handle larger cross-border contracts.
Blue Cloud also provided a snapshot of its financial scale, reporting consolidated FY26 revenue of ₹1,002 crore, EBITDA of ₹126.13 crore, and profit after tax of ₹60.50 crore.
Those figures provide context for the size of the SpaceX International work. At USD $150 million, the statement of work is material for the Hyderabad-based group, although the company has not disclosed the duration of the assignment or the pace at which revenue will be recognised.
Bhaskar Nallamilli, Chief Executive Officer of Blue Cloud USA, commented on the start of execution: "Moving from signature to execution on schedule reflects the strength of our delivery organisation.
