Consilium Software has launched UniCampaign Version 15, the latest edition of its outbound campaign management platform. The new release is designed to address the requirements of large enterprises managing complex customer engagement campaigns across digital and voice channels.
Enterprise needs
UniCampaign Version 15 introduces strengthened list management capabilities. Enterprises can manage and segment millions of contact records sourced from disparate platforms. The platform is built to integrate with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, and other third-party data sources. This ensures customer lists remain accurate and up to date.
The updated segmentation features use both rules-based and AI-driven methods, enabling organisations to run targeted campaigns tailored to particular segments across channels such as voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
Channel optimisation
A key addition in this release is the AI-powered campaign automation engine. The software analyses historical and external data to determine the optimal time and channel to reach individual customers, aiming to improve connection and conversion rates. AI bots can now be integrated natively to handle initial outreach, lead qualification, and appointment scheduling. This is designed to free up human agents for more complex interactions.
Also included is a visual campaign designer. Users can create and automate multi-step, omnichannel campaign workflows without the need for coding expertise.
Compliance focus
Consilium emphasises compliance in this version. UniCampaign Version 15 features a geo-aware compliance engine that respects time zones, local 'do not call' and 'do not disturb' registers, and regional privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. The software tracks and manages customer consent for all interaction channels and aligns with standards such as SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO 9001 for data security and quality.
Deep integration
The platform offers pre-built connectors to applications including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and major electronic health record (EHR) platforms. Consilium's multi-tenant, cloud-based system supports role-based access control, data isolation, and scalable usage across large teams and multiple enterprise clients.
Operational impact
The new features target common business challenges, such as improving conversion rates by using data to select the best communication channel for each customer. The platform automates repetitive campaign tasks, supporting agents to concentrate on customer interactions that require human involvement.
Centralising list and campaign management for all channels on a single system is intended to reduce operational complexity. The compliance safeguards are included to assist enterprises in managing regulatory risk.
