Consistent Infosystems courts installers at West Bengal meet
Thu, 14th May 2026 (Today)
Consistent Infosystems held a surveillance installer meet in West Bengal attended by more than 571 channel partners, including installers, distributors and system integrators from several cities across the state.
Participants came from Kolkata, Bankura, Durgapur, Siliguri and Malda. The event was used to showcase products across surveillance, networking, interactive displays and gaming.
The display included CCTV cameras, DVR, NVR and HVR systems, POE switches and extenders, media converters, HDMI extenders, CCTV UPS products and routers. Consistent also highlighted P2P connectivity products for security and networking installations.
Beyond surveillance equipment, attendees were shown AAGO interactive panels, gaming cabinets and newly launched CPU ARGB fans. The broad product range reflected the company's effort to expose installers and distributors to categories beyond its core surveillance business.
The programme featured live demonstrations, technical sessions and networking discussions focused on product use, technical queries and trends in the surveillance market.
Channel focus
Installer meets remain a common route to market in India's fragmented electronics and security distribution sector, where vendors often rely on local integrators and resellers to reach small businesses, housing projects and retail customers. Against that backdrop, a turnout of more than 571 participants underscores the importance Consistent places on indirect sales in eastern India.
Senior executives attended and interacted with partners during the event, including Ritesh, Marketing Head; Chandan Kumar, Vice President - Sales; Kuldeep Singh, Sales Head; Pawan Singh, Surveillance Product Head; and Nitish Kumar, Technical Support Lead.
They addressed technical queries, discussed service and training efforts, and outlined partner engagement initiatives and service updates.
Broader reach
Consistent operates across IT hardware, print consumables, networking, surveillance, electronics and gaming products in India. The breadth of the portfolio on show in West Bengal reflects a strategy of selling multiple product lines through the same reseller and installer network.
That approach can help deepen relationships with trade partners by giving them more categories to source from a single supplier. It can also reduce dependence on any one segment at a time when demand patterns in consumer electronics and surveillance equipment can shift quickly across regions.
The company says it has built a national presence since starting operations in New Delhi in 2011. Its footprint now includes more than 25 branches, more than 93 service centres, more than 400 direct employees and exports to more than 17 countries.
It also says it works with more than 3,795 channel partners across India and sells more than 693 products. Those figures help explain why installer engagement remains central to its sales model, particularly in categories such as cameras, recorders, networking equipment and accessories that depend on recommendation-led purchases and after-sales support.
India's surveillance market has become increasingly crowded as domestic brands compete with multinational vendors and low-cost suppliers. In that environment, companies often seek to stand out through local availability, installer familiarity, service coverage and regular partner contact rather than product specification alone.
For installers and system integrators, access to demonstrations and direct technical support can influence which brands they propose to customers. Meetings such as the one in West Bengal are therefore as much about maintaining mindshare among the trade as they are about introducing new products.
Commenting on the event, Chandan Kumar, Vice President of Sales at Consistent Infosystems, said: "We are truly grateful to our channel partners and installers across West Bengal for their continued trust and support. Their partnership has been instrumental in Consistent's growth journey. Through such engagement initiatives, we aim to strengthen relationships, share innovation, and grow together as a stronger technology ecosystem."
