LOGIC has launched LOGIC Workspaces, a new offering for enterprise collaboration in modern offices.

The product line is positioned as an integrated workplace infrastructure system for companies redesigning offices around hybrid working and more flexible layouts.

The range is intended to help businesses equip meeting rooms, huddle areas and wider collaboration spaces with a common set of visual and physical workplace tools. The portfolio includes VisionHub, PODS, HudlDock, Floor Mount and Express Pod.

The products cover several workplace formats, from LED-based collaboration hubs to huddle stations and enclosed meeting pods. The system was developed for workplaces that need spaces deployed quickly and reconfigured with limited disruption.

A central element of the launch is an installation-first design approach. This includes tool-free assembly, a minimal-part structure and flat-pack deployment, intended to reduce installation complexity and make offices easier to reconfigure later.

The launch comes as businesses continue to reassess how much office space they need and how it should be used. Hybrid working models have pushed employers to create more shared areas for meetings and project work, while also seeking layouts that can be changed without major fit-out costs.

In that context, suppliers of workplace technology and office infrastructure have been expanding beyond standalone screens and conferencing hardware into broader workspace systems. LOGIC's move reflects that wider shift by combining display-led collaboration products with mounting, room-format and deployment features.

LOGIC is a visual solutions brand of Online Instruments, which says it has operated in the sector since 2006. The business is known for products including digital signage, interactive flat panels, active LED displays, connectivity equipment, mounting systems and projection products.

The launch also highlights the role of adaptability in office design, with organisations seeking spaces that can be scaled and adjusted as workforce patterns and technology needs change.

Pankaj Bellad, Chief Business Officer at Online Instruments, commented on the launch.

"We believe the future of business lies in creating smarter, more adaptive workplaces that evolve alongside changing workstyles and technology. We see immense potential in how modern workspaces can transform collaboration, productivity, and business growth. LOGIC Workspaces was created to deliver intelligent, flexible, and seamlessly integrated solutions that simplify workplace collaboration while enhancing the overall user experience. From agile huddle spaces and scalable collaboration hubs to smart meeting pods, every solution is designed to empower organizations with the flexibility, efficiency, and innovation needed for the future of work," said Bellad.

Market shift

The introduction of bundled workplace systems points to a more competitive enterprise collaboration market, where vendors are trying to address both technology and room design in a single offer. For buyers, that can mean evaluating not just display quality or conferencing features, but also how quickly a room can be installed, moved or repurposed.

This is particularly relevant for companies opening satellite offices, building temporary project rooms or increasing the number of small meeting areas within existing sites. Products that arrive in flat-pack form and require fewer components may appeal to facilities teams trying to standardise room formats across multiple locations.

At the same time, employers are under pressure to make offices more useful to staff who are no longer present every day. Spaces designed for scheduled collaboration rather than fixed desk work have become a recurring theme in workplace investment, especially in technology, professional services and large corporate campuses.

LOGIC says its new range is built around modular and scalable infrastructure to help organisations create work environments that can respond to changing workforce requirements and shifts in office technology.

The business also framed the launch as an extension of its broader focus on visual communication, arguing that displays are increasingly used as part of a wider workplace experience centred on communication, collaboration and decision-making.

With the introduction of Workspaces, LOGIC is moving further into the design of complete collaboration environments rather than supplying individual AV products. The new range brings together display systems, room infrastructure and installation methods in a single workplace offering.

The ecosystem is intended to simplify workplace collaboration while allowing organisations to build meeting and collaboration spaces that can evolve with office needs.
